The Embassy of India in The Hague is pleased to announce that a new Outsourcing Service Provider, VF Worldwide Holdings Limited (VFS Global), has been selected to replace the present Service Provider, BLS International. VFS Global has commenced operations w.e.f. May 15, 2016 and is providing Outsourced Services pertaining to Visas, Passports, OCI Cards, Conversion of PIO to OCI Cards and the following Consular Services: NRI certificate, Attestation of Documents, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Legalisation of Dutch company document, Renunciation of Indian Passport/Surrender of Indian passport/Deemed Surrender of Indian Passport, Police Clearance Certificate, Collection of Indian driving license and Authentication of Indian driving license. The following Consular services, will, however, continue to be provided directly at the Embassy: Life Certificate, Death Certificate, Endorsement of new passport number on PIO card, Emergency Certificates and Short Validity Passports. The timings at the Embassy for these services would continue to remain 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM (for submission of applications/documents) and 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM (for collection of documents) on all working days.
The location of the premises of the Outsourced India Visa Application Centres (IVAC) at The Hague, Amsterdam and Rotterdam, have accordingly changed. The addresses of the new centres are indicated in the chart below:

The Embassy of India is also pleased to announce that w.e.f. May 15, 2016, the timings for accepting applications at the IVACs have been extended. The timings for receiving applications at all three centres is from 9 AM to 3.30 PM on all working days. In addition to receiving applications from applicants who have obtained an appointment in advance, a counter each are functioning at The Hague and Amsterdam centres from 9 AM to 3.30 PM for receiving walk-in applicants. At the Rotterdam centre, the period from 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM every working day has been slotted for walk-in applicants. It is hoped that these extended timings would further facilitate applicants.
