PENALTY CLAUSE
In order to ensure satisfactory level of service in relation to Visa/OCI Card/PIO Card/ Passport services, penalties may be imposed on the Service Provider for deficiency of service. The decision of the Ambassador, Embassy of India, The Hague, as regards imposition of penalty would be final.
